At Let's Unbound, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription or services. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Subscription Services:

If you're subscribed to one of our subscription plans, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how it works:

  • Cancellation Period: You can cancel your subscription at any time during your subscription period. Once you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No Partial Refunds: Please note that we do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period.

2. Course Enrollment:

If you've enrolled in a course with Let's Unbound, you may cancel your enrollment according to the following terms:

  • Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your enrollment within 7 days from the date of enrollment for a full refund, provided you have not accessed or completed any course materials.

  • No Refunds After Access: Once you've accessed or completed any course materials, refunds will not be issued.

3. Customized Services:

For any customized services, such as personalized coaching or consulting, the cancellation policy may vary depending on the nature of the service. Please refer to your service agreement or contact our support team for details.

4. How to Cancel:

To cancel your subscription or enrollment, please log in to your Let's Unbound account and navigate to the "Billing" or "Account Settings" section. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription or enrollment. If you encounter any difficulties, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
