Refund Policy

At Lets Unbound,  we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Refund:

  1. Course Purchases: Refunds are available within 14 working days from the date of purchase for any course that has not been accessed or completed. Once you have accessed or completed a course, refunds will not be issued.

  2. Subscription Services: If you are subscribed to one of our subscription plans, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds are not available for partial subscription periods. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@letsunbound.com . Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and process your refund accordingly.

Refund Process:

  1. Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  2. Refunds may take 5-7 days to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exceptions:

  1. Digital Products: Refunds are not available for digital products that have been accessed or downloaded, including but not limited to e-books, downloadable resources, and software licenses.

  2. Customized Services: Refunds are not available for customized services, such as personalized coaching or consulting, once the service has been initiated.
